INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF NEUROLOGICAL SCIENCES, 13th Annual Symposium of the Child Neurology Section, Venice, Italy, September 13, 2003Pediatric Neurology Unit, Tor Vergata University of Rome, Viale Oxford 81-00133 Rome, Italy, curatolo{at}uniroma2.it The International School of Neurological Sciences, located on the island of San Servolo, Venice, Italy, was first founded in 1990 at the beginning of the Decade of the Brain. The school is divided into sections that meet periodically. Invited speakers are known worldwide for their work in the field of the neurologic sciences. Dr Paolo Curatolo (Rome) is the chairman of the Child Neurology Section, and he has always devoted great effort to the organization of international courses and workshops on challenging topics. The 13th Annual Symposium is entitled "Brain Damage in Preterm Infants: Causes and Consequences."
